Wedding colour advise needed! My wedding dress is a pale grey/silver.?

I've just purchased my wedding dress and it is pale grey/ silver. Now I'm lost as to what colours for the decor etc will go with it. And what colours my bridesmaids should wear. It is a rustic country wedding on a farm.

Grey/silver is neutral, so any color should work with it.

Talk to each bridesmaid privately and see what she wants to spend on a dress, then choose a price range that every single person can afford (if the lowest price quote is $100, then only choose a dress under $100 ... or offer everyone an equal amount of money to help pay for it).

Then take your Maid of Honor to a salon or a department store and let her try on some dresses. Narrow it down to two or three styles and colors you like. Then bring everybody shopping - or let them go on their own time - to pick from those finalists. Majority rules.

See what colors look nice on them. Pale colors like pink and champagne can make some girls look washed out. Yellow and orange are hard colors to pull off. Red makes some girls look blotchy and black makes some look too pale. No one color will look perfect on everyone, but let all your bridesmaids try them on and see what they like.

For a rustic country wedding, another option would be to just choose a general color that's reasonably flattering on everyone, and let each girl pick out her own dress in that color. Provide paint swatches or just say "find a spring green-ish color."

Or ask them each to wear a black cocktail dress of their choice. Most women probably have one or can easily find one. Add color by giving them sashes, pashmina shawls, or chunk jewelry.
