Having my wedding dress made?

So i am planning my december 2009 wedding now, and i fell absolutely in love with this gorgeous Vera Wang wedding gown. Unfortunately, my budget absolutely does not allow for that kind of money on a wedding dress. :(
How much would it cost to find someone to make the dress for me? Is there a way that i can do that? how do i go about it and what would the costs be? (i live in a small town in utah, cache valley.) here is a link to the picture of the dress. thanks!

I just did a search on eBay & came up with one pattern. I did not even search for a pattern, so I think you would have good luck there. Any good seamstress could make a dress. Go to a fabric shop to get recommendations for a seamstress in your area.

Go to www.shellyleppertdesigns.com. They custom make wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, and more as well as sell them. They do a wonderful job and they have great prices. They can go off of a sketch, a picture, or from your head. Give them a try.
