I'm getting married in Vermont next fall. I've been looking for the perfect wedding dress for years but still have not found it. I can not wear a dress without some kind of jacket to go over it. Short sleeves are fine but I need something. Ideally I would like something with not too much detail but with a sweetheart neckline. This dress would be perfect but I dont love all the detail. Help please!

"Snooch" - people like you disgust me. What gives you the right to make fun of me? Are you perfect? I doubt it. Grow up and stop wasting everyones time.
Anyways, I did some more research tonight and fell in love with both of these. I'm not sure how the sash would look on me and without it I dont think the dress would have the same effect. The second one is simple and elegant yet has just enough detail to make it unique (theres beading along the neckline. hard to see from this picture). I'm thinking of trying to design my own bolero. Thanks for the suggestions!

Answer
The first dress with the bolero and the third one are absolutely gorgeous. I am really loving the sweetheart neckline with the bolero. I am also a plus size bride-to-be. I got my dress at David's Bridal. I have to tell you that had I seen either of these dresses I would have easily scratched the one I have off my list.
I was self-concious about my arms also. I strongly encourage you to go and try own various styles of dresses. In my search, I found that the styles I wanted did nothing o compliment my full figure. I wanted sleeves and ended up with a beautiful strapless gown. I also went to shops ALONE. I asked the advice of other brides and strangers in the store.
Here is a like to a bolero I thought was cute:
