plus size wedding dress 3 4 sleeves image

My step brother is getting married, I am not very close to my brother he has lived in another state my whole life, I only see him maybe once a year.
I don't know what to wear, I am plus size and I need a short or 3/4 sleeve(have tattoo), I prefer a dress that is long. Can someone help me!

Do NOT wear white. Anything else should be fine as long as it is not close to white. What about something like these...

If you find a dress you like that doesn't cover the tatoo you could always just add a jacket or stole.
