What is the best color combination for champagne color?

wedding dresses in color champagne

Saint777

I bought a wedding dress that is champagne in color and has a darker shade of light golden bronze as the ribbon, and I am having a hard time deciding the best color that goes with my dress which my bridesmaids will be wearing.

Answer
Then brown, bronze, golden, yellow (but light one), white will be perfect! if u want you can even add a accent of blu....or lilla....(but its better blue xD)

Remember to extend white eyeshadow on the little corner at the starting of the eye: it will make your look light up
While at the out of the corner use a dark colour to give deepness to your eyes

BUT look: before doing all that use a basic eyeshadow for all the eye, so the resolt will be very much better^^

At the end remember to use a golden foundation cream for your skin

What color shoes should I wear with my white wedding dress?

not

My wedding dress is pure white, cotton lace and short. It sits right below the knee so my shoes will definitely show. My rings are platinum and I will have other silver accessories. I tried on white and silver shoes but they look like they compete with the dress. I think a champagne color might work since it's skin color and non obtrusive but I'm not sure if it will clash with the silver. Any suggestions?

Answer
From this guys totally strait view, I say go with a really light icy blue, even a light cotton candy pink or if your young enough you could go with a clear shoe with jewels

My colors for my bridesmaids dresses are dark purple.. Would it be cheesy or cute to have my maid of honor and my matron of honor in lighter purple dresses? (the wedding is in October if that makes a difference)

Answer
I think it would look great.

I am reminded of Khloe Kardashian's recent wedding...Kim wore a lighter shade of purple than Kourtney: https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjU3MbqM3pgcQzy2EyeBpWNm0teNCqZITg_1tji3EN6HbrPkJknKQI6Bgcu-rLIEseoGLSArJXfd_EM2lMS5yhnxRZ0zZOPSVVTyZbc5TvQ_Sxqp70JwJxwQpzvNNQiH-gOijyuYXrAizM/s400/kourtney-khloe-kim-kardashian-wedding-pic.jpg and here is the whole family: http://thevegasweddingplanner.com/tag/sharon-sacks/ the two youngest sisters are wearing a very light lavender/pinkish color dress and that looks good too.

i need help with the flower girls, ring boy,and like decorations..also do you guys like the colors or can i mix something upp to make it better..

Answer
You are a level 1 so you can't post links yet. Place a space in there. We can still cut and paste them if you do that.

Without being able to see any of the outfits we can't tell you. Edit and I'll come back.

However I do suggest that if you only have one flower girl you let her pick her own outfit. It doesn't need to match anyone else--just be the right colors and you have a lot of colors to pick from. Rarely does a bride have 4 colors. The ring bearer should match the groomsmen.

Do you like my $29.00 Wedding Gown?

Lots have asked to see it, but I thought it would be bad luck to post it before the wedding. This is the wedding gown that I made for only $29.00. The fabric came from eBay, the lining was $1.00 a yard at Wal-Mart. The ribbon was also an eBay find. The lace trim came off of my mother's wedding gown and was hand made by grandmother. The train is also from my mother's 45 yr old wedding gown, hand made by my grandmother. There are 5 pics, including the $6.00 bridesmaids gowns. All were designed and sewn by me, I'd like to know what REAL BRIDES think.

Could I wear this dress as a wedding guest?

I was planning on wearing black leggings, but I've never been to a wedding and I'm not too sure what to wear.

Here's the dress:

https://www.urbanog.com/Rebecca-Dress_101_29860.html

Answer
It's rather close to white, and as you may have heard, a white dress is only for the bride. Some bridal gowns are actually ivory, blush, cream-color, or even pale beige, as well as white. So if you do decide to wear that dress, accessorize it with a very colorful sash. Wear natural-colored panty hose with the dress, not leggings.

As for black, that's not a good color to wear to a wedding either.

What wedding color scheme would go with an off white dress?

Mandy

For a wedding dress that's not white, more like an off white or cream color with lace, what color scheme would go best together? No pink, yellow or purple. The wedding would be in the spring or summer. Any ideas?

Answer
Because off-white/ivory/cream are all neutrals, ANY color scheme will go with the dress.

My dress was ivory, and our colors were chocolate brown, burnt orange, silver, and my bouquet was pink; it all looked lovely next to my ivory dress.

For a spring wedding, most think of lighter shades/hues; for a summer wedding, most think of a brighter shades/hues. You really can do whatever you like. The Knot (www.theknot.com) has pictures for either season for inspiration.

What colors are Acceptable as wedding dresses?

slaarwalhz

Its always White and Off-White.. So is it not acceptable to have other colors? I don't have anything in mind yet.. I am drawing a blank. So if I have it white I can have accent colors whatever colors I want right? I know its my wedding, my choices, but I dont wanna look freaky!! I just need wedding dress advice.

Answer
My wedding dress was orange and red, and I got a lot of compliments.

Lots of untraditional brides opt for colors

But you can still have a traditional-type wedding sans the white dress.

Can you please suggest colors that would look nice and different for a winter evening wedding?

wedding dress color wheel

freakinhot

My fiance and I are in a dilemma choosing colors. We don't want to do purple or pink or anything that's done to death. we want something different, yet classy. The ceremony is at 5.30 in the evening followed by a reception in the night.

Answer
On my color wheel starting where purple leaves off, starts with navy blue, teal blue, royal blue, turquoise, aqua, emerald green an olive green, lime, yellow, a matte gold, apricot, peach to a very deep coral before the pinks start. There is also the burgundy and the reds.
So, starting with navy would be silver, grey and white.
Teal I would go with a deep coral and apricot for something different. The pinks do so well with t he blues, but I either like to go with the entire pink family or the coral/peach family.
Same colors with royal or either the silver and aqua work well to gether.
The turquoise is to me, just too summery, but a new combo out is the turquoise with the aqua, but again, just me, this is not a wintery look. And turquoise and chocolate brown have been done to death completely. Then the emerald green which with red is too Christmasy, with coral and peach is good and also, very elegant with the emerald are gold and cream. Love this one.
The balance from the sage green, lime, yellow and peach are more of an accent colors. Then there is black, grey, brown (truffle-a medium chocolate milk, gorgeous) and taupe/beige family. A deep grey, coral and lighter gray with bit of matte silver for accents is a good combo.
And I like the grey with the coral, very classic. Teal green with shades of cinnamon, a deep orange, apricot and cream.
And I love burgundy but that is too close to the pink/purple family.Truffle with flowers in red, cream and the cafe au' lait dahlia, gorgeous. (A like a very, very pale cup of coffe that is 98% milk-a soft creamy pinkish beige=google.)
So, the best combos are navy, ice blue, silver, light grey and white. I see silver candlelabras with white lillies, delphinium, blue statice, grey dusty miller and shiny silver ting or accent jewels, with drapey hanging jewels, navy table runners or organza throws with votives in crystal holders, wine glasses underneath, perhaps table scatter or table gems.Add icy crystal stems to arrangements. Navy and white diamante draped tulle creating a beautiful sky above.
Teal green with coral, apricot, peach, and some shiny bronze. Tall eiffel tower vases with a coral, peach and the gold rose with coral tips tuti fruti I think is the name with bronze ting.
Royal blue with deep coral, peach and salmon with cream. bouquets in all of the gerbera daisy colors except red.
Emerald green with matte gold, pale yellow and a dot of lime in bouquets. Gold roses with creamy peonies.Lime cymbidium orhids with tiny burgundy throats for a treat of color.
Truffle goes great with red and also with the fall color flowers, season doesn't matter, add in curly willow unless ceremony is very formal.
Black with red hot cherry lipstick and silver===boom, pzazz. Lot of white twinkle lights, get with white cords and run thru black and white diamate tulle, massive aarrangementsof the cherry and white with jeweled curly ting.
Forgot eggplant, plum, maybe a bit of dusky rose, then cream and a touch of shiny gold. My fav, so elegant, eeggplantmini callas make gorgeous bouts.
Consider using faux fur wraps and/or fur muffs rather than bouquets with a small floral bouquet attached.
Also, goggle bouquet jewelry. And please I am so sick of round hand tied bouquets which are a blob of colors with no greenery to seperate. They take away from desses, use bouquet holders and have round and airy or pear or crescent shaped. And long stem arm bouquets, where did they go??? There is a way that florist can put a ribbon loop for MOH to hold her arm bouquet underdneath with her left hand while she holds yours with right or rather have a slender column with a long, tall taper and drape your bouquet across it while saying vows. And of course for you the long drapey pear shape, not too big, but something that accents the colors and the dress and your eyes don't focus on the big mound of color all running into each other. Hope this helps.

Where can I find these and what do they go best with?

whoa nelly

I'm looking for silk burgundy Gerbera Daisies for a wedding bouquet. Can anyone help me find some??? Also, what filler flowers would go best with them?

Thanks!

BTW, our colors are Chocolate, Ivory, and Burgundy.

Answer
Certainly even Silks have green in/around them, and you might try a color wheel to determine complimentary and contrasting colors to Burgundy.

It sounds like your choices will be in various shade ranges of teh Burgundy, adding whites or ivories in flowers, or babys breath, etc.

Without knowing the dominant Dress color, I'd suggest the flowers be noticeable when carried, not strictly blend in with the dress.

unique

I want a unique dress. Its hard to find a unique plus size wedding dress. i want something different but alagant. Please can anyone help me. size 24-26.Please help.i mean i know im a big girl but i deserve to look cute

Answer
First of all, take a breath and don't worry - there are LOTS of gowns available for you. I won't give more links, the other answerers have given you lots.
The biggest thing to realize is that you deserve to be a beautiful bride just as much as any other woman. Period. And at the size you are, you will have plenty of selection. My gown was a 22, and it had to be made a bit larger - the seamstress inserted panels under the arms, and you couldn't even tell anything was added! So lots of things are possible.
When I started thinking about a gown, I was totally worried I wouldn't find something traditional or pretty, and would just have to have a plain white dress or something. But when I went to a bridal boutique in a nearby city, lo and behold there were gowns in 22, 24, 26!!! Now, granted, there's a chance you may have to pay more, but for me, I was willing to do that.
I found a totally beautiful gown - very traditional, with a scoop neck, long Renaissance sleeves, in soft bridal satin, so it flowed really nicely. There were lots of beautiful embellishments with pearls, crystals and beading - and I wore a fingertip veil with a small crystal tiara. The BEST advice the person gave me there was to get a gown with a dropped, or Basque, waist - because that just hid the tummy SO WELL! Then, it just flowed to a nice, full skirt.
Good luck on your hunt! You will be as beautiful as you feel!
Congratulations!

How come some test dummies are dressed up and others are left naked shown wires and gadgets exposed? Lie you'll see, the a driver male dummy dressed in a groom suit like, and the passenger female would be naked with the gadgets and sensors and wires exposed( she would not have a wedding bride dress on or a veil).

How come some crash test dummies are darker( dark grey or black), while other crash test dummies are lighter(light tan or white)? Like you'll see a pure tan colored dummy in one crash test and in another crash test, you'll see a pure dark grey dummy in a crash test?

Why did blue become a boy's color and pink a girl's color?

Love

Answer
The idea of pink being for boys and blue being for girls came from Christianity. Red was used for the robes of clergy, so pink (being considered a 'smaller' red) was used for boys. Meanwhile the Virgin Mary was always depicted wearing blue and so blue became considered a 'chaste' colour.

However, between 1918 and 1945 colour dye was too expensive to produce, so all children wore white (and all wedding dresses became white during this time as well). When coloured dye was reintroduced blue was considered a boy colour because it was used in army uniforms (which were very common during 1918-1945), while pink became considered a girl colour because of a 1940s marketing campaign designed to appeal to women with the quick rhyming slogan 'think pink' (huh, sounds familiar).

The wedding ceremony is going to be in a church and the reception is at a banquet hall. I was wondering whether its okay to wear just one dress to both parts of the wedding.. but is it okay to wear something fancy at the church ceremony since its going to be in the afternoon and its in June, so i dont want to sweat to death?!!

Thanks in advance!

Answer
It's fine to wear the same thing to both as long as you remember one rule-- it's the bride's day so make sure you don't overshadow her and her dress! For June you can get by with a trendy flower print with spaghetti straps as long as you have a scarf or shawl for the church (no bare shoulders in church!) You will be fine in just about anything, just again make sure you don't take the attention away from the bride. Have fun!

Prom is coming up and I really have no clue what color and style of dress I should look for. Does anybody know what would look best for my hair color and skin tone? I'm pretty pale, have really really really long darkish blond hair. I am 5' 7'' and 123 pounds, pretty small chested, flat stomach, but thicker legs, so short dresses don't look too great on me :/ Also suggestions for jewelry, accessories, and shoes would be appreciated! There is a link to a picture of me to help! Thanks! (:
Hairstyle tips would be great too! My hair is so long so it's hard to curl :/

Answer
can i just start off with how beautiful you are!!!, your hair is amazing!!

You would look good in a long flowy dress, baby blue chiffon material or a lilac, deep purple, those colours would look great, and because your tall (like me) long length will suit your figure beautifully....a few sparkles/diamanté would look great......dont go for a puffed-out dress, it will suit you but a loose flowy one will really compliment your figure :)

http://www.promdressesonlineshop.co.uk/images/prom1214/column-floor-length-one-shoulder-light-blue-pd1220-sequins-trailing-high-slit-prom-dress.jpg ................ something like this would look beautiful

http://syracusepromdress.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Blush-prom-dress-9513.jpg - this is so cute and elegant

SHOES - because you are pale, silver is the perfect colour for you skin tone, go for a small ish heel like this - https://www.glitzy-n-glamorous.com/images/silvercrisscross31.jpg

BAG - pick a silver bag, try and match it with your shoes/ dress

ACCESSORIES - depends on the fitting of your dress if you dont have any fancy one-shoulder straps or strap wear a very elegant dimante necklace, dangly earring a ring and a cute bracelet, try and keep it matching too, a little colour would look good on the jewellery, (matching your dress)

HAIR - keep the colour its gorgeous, maybe you colour try sleeping in rollers? if you want it curly as it will make the curls stronger then curl with curler using very good hair products, try braiding it too, half up and down hair styles look very classy.....a updo would look really good too

How do i deal with the mother of the groom wearing black?

The mother of groom asked my opinion on
what color her dress should be for my wedding and I answered anything but black. Much to my surprise she is wearing black. I'm embarrassed because this signals mourning and disapproval of me. How do I handle this because I am so upset. Should I let her know or act like it doesn't bother me? Will she look like the rude one in this situation or will it negatively reflect on me?

Answer
It's strange that she chose black after you said anything but black. Maybe she misunderstood...? I'd have your fiance ask her-- in a offhanded way "hey, how come you chose black? As I recall we were shooting for anything BUT black".

Still, regarding your idea that black is some kind of slight, nothing could be farther from the truth. Black is a very popular color in weddings now. My son was married this summer and the wedding party wore black with pink accents. It was stunning. The MOB and I both chose black dresses to go with our husband's black tuxes. I know several other MOBs and MOGs from this past year who chose black dresses. It's not a slight, it's not "mourning". Black is formal, it's complimentary, it's classy. I'm guessing his mom chose it because it looks good and she feels good in it. What difference does it make anyway? The wedding is about you and your groom. Please don't start your marriage off with a silly feud about a color that, in the long-run doesn't matter at all. My MIL wore a Hawaiian flowered moo-moo to our wedding. Who cares? We had an amazing time. The marriage is what's important, not the wedding.

My daughter is also going with apple red and we are wearing black(MOB) and burgundy (MOG). It is an evening wedding or I would not feel comfortable in black. Grandmother is wearing a deep plum color. If I had to choice another outfit I would have went with burgundy too since I look washed out in pink. Hope that helps!

The answer? No beauty products can do that. If you have concealer on, and you look sideways, you can still see those dark bags under the eyes or some calls it dark circles. Only in magazines they're airbrushed & TV, they look like they're NOT THERE.

Without wearing tons of make up, they can't just go away. Don't believe me? Google them and see their latest photos.

I am getting married in 2008, and am cofused about what is the best colours for weddings, i am at the moment going with white and red because white is the traditional colour and red is lucky in china, which is where i live, i am having the wedding in the uk mind, could any one advise on if them to are good or if there not why

Answer
Congrats on your wedding. I will be getting married in March, 2007.

As for your colors, White or Ivory is always good. It depends on what time of year the wedding will be held on what colors would be best. I thought I wanted red as well, but I'm having a spring wedding. I tried the different colors on, and had my girls look at them and give me their opinion. Red was too much for me. Instead, I went with a nice light green to symbolize the rebirth of all the plants.

If you're having a winter wedding, I would suggest a silver or a ice blue. Taking faux fur and trimming the neckline of your briedsmaids dresses with it would be a great touch, especially if you could find sewn snowflakes to add to accent the dresses as well.

If you're having a spring wedding, I would suggest pastels. Either pink, baby blue, light green, light purple or a light yellow would go best.

For a summer wedding, an apple color would go well. The brightest of colors always look best in the summer.

For autumn - use fall colors. A darker red, a deep rustic orange, a brown or yellow. Incorporate the most important things to you around this time of year.

I hope I helped, and good luck with your wedding!

How to plan an inexpensive but elegant wedding?

Mspecantan

My wedding is in June 2009. I've just started planning. My colors are Lavender, & Silver. I don't really have a theme. I want to have a wedding with all the perks but half the cost any suggestions?

Answer
Congrats to you and your fiancee!!! YAY!!! :)

Well the main thing is to do what you can yourself... invites, flowers, favors, decorations, etc... those little things can add mucho dollars when you have someone else do it!

I have a budget myself of $4000-5000 (hopefully closer to the $4000!) and I'm having about 125-150 guests.

The biggest expense is the meal/bar bill, which is usually about half of your budget. Having a buffet might be a little cheaper than having dinner per plate, I think mine's gonna be about $10-12 per guest for dinner. As for the bar bill... I'm going to pay for soda, get a keg (or perhaps a half keg? I'm not certain yet lol) of beer and if anyone wants mixed drinks they will have to pay for them. (Some people may think it's tacky, but I am actually putting on the invites -- in small print at the bottom -- that a cash bar will be available all night, so they come prepared, cuz I know a lot of people won't bring money with them if they think *everything* is complimentary.) Mixed drinks are what really hikes up your bar bill!

You can get a lot of ideas just watching those bridal shows on TV. I've also gotten a lot of ideas just reading people's questions and answers on HERE.

My cake... I actually was lucky enough to come across a girl on Myspace that lives in my town that does beautiful cakes out of her home for relatively inexpensive. BUT you must watch that, only cuz a lot of reception sites require a licensed baker or to use their own on-site baker, plus there might be a cutting fee which can range from $1-5 per slice (or even more!!! Make sure you read the fine print before you commit!) :) Also don't look past going to Walmart's bakery or your local grocery store's bakery... I've seen some great cakes come out of those places too, and you would have never known it!!

I am making my own flowers. I actually hit Hobby Lobby when they were having a 50% off sale on all of their flowers, so I got $100 worth of flowers for $50! You and your bridesmaids could have a flower making party (or a favor making party as well!)

As for my favors, I'm doing a couple different things. Of course I'm having bubbles! I got plain bubble bottles at Dollar Tree for $1/dozen (CHEAP!) and I actually found a girl on ebay that prints up labels for very cheap! this is a link to the seller http://stores.ebay.com/Beautiful-Favors-Fast_W0QQcolZ4QQdirZ1QQfsubZQ2d33QQftidZ2QQtZkm
As for my other favors, I saw a cute one on a website for sale that was called a spoonful of kisses, and it's a plastic spoon with a few hershey kisses, wrapped in tulle and on the tag it says "A spoonful of kisses from the Mr. and Mrs." with our names and wedding date. I also am having programs which I am printing myself.

Also printing up myself are the invites! I didn't need paper that was real fancy so I went to Office Max and got some fall themed paper (cuz I'm having a fall wedding) and some envelopes and some postcards for the reply/save the date cards. (I'm only sending save the date cards to people that live out of the area that will have to make travel arrangements) Cuz I couldn't see spending a fortune on invites that most people keep until the wedding and throw away!

Also, here are some websites that I am using to curb my costs:

http://www.bridalonlinestore.com/ <---AWESOME dresses at a fraction of the cost of traditional bridal shops, excellent customer service and the dresses are JUST beautiful, and are guaranteed for satisfaction!!! They also have bridesmaid dresses as well and other accessories (veils, headbands, hair clips, gloves, guest books, etc.... you get the idea!) :)

http://www.orientaltrading.com/ <---sign up to receive their wedding ideas book in the mail (it's free!) and there is awesome ideas in it and on the website for favors, decor, etc. I'm having a fall wedding and I'm getting leaves to scatter on the tables from here (those are under the fall section rather than the wedding section though) everything is relatively cheap and if you order over a certain dollar amt you get free shipping.

http://www.tullesource.com/ This is awesome for inexpensive tulle and they have such a wide variety of colors. My wedding colors are apricot and sage and they actually have my colors in tulle, which is great cuz I need tulle for one of my favors and for my centerpieces.

http://www.confetti.com/ another great one for confetti (hence the name lol) and other decor. very reasonable prices!

http://www.michaels.com/ yeah... awesome wedding stuff for not too much! I love going to Michael's! (Hobby Lobby and Dollar Tree are my friends too!) :)

What does the color green represent in the movie A Little Princess?

I hope I am not the only one who has noticed this...but in the classic film A Little Princess, the color green appears EVERYWHERE. The school, the girl's dresses, the balloons at the party. There are green apples and vegetables on the street where sara shops. What significance does this color have in the film? If any significance at all...

Answer
the color green is usually associated with envy or jealousy. However, on a stop light, it's associated with GO! Maybe you have a bad copy of the film, which could happen. Or, the green setting on the picture tube on your TV is starting to go.

What color boquet / corsasge should I ask for if I have an emerald green dress?

ch312na

The dress color looks like the green dress Kiera Knightly wore in Atonement.

Answer
White, like a white rose, or a gardenia, or an orchid. They are all beautiful flowers. You could get a corsage that is several white baby roses with a little baby's breath in it, too.
I personally think that a green flower with a green dress is too much.

Answer
I saw a few GORGEOUS ones on ebay about a week ago for about $100. Is that too much? They were play costumes so they were high quailty. I found some that are on there now, im not sure if they are what you are looking for but here are some of them :

What type of dress is perfect for my figure?

Sunny-Side

I am 4'11" maybe 5' tall, age 16. Shirt size S or M. Jeans-3.
I own allot of dresses from over the years, that I still fit four years later. I have a wedding and a prom and another formal event to attend and I am unsure of what type of dress I should be wearing. I have a 36 B size bra. I really like dresses with a poofyish tutu-like skirt and tight strapless top.
So with my sizing can anyone tell me what type of dresses may look best on me?

Answer
In my opinion I think a dress that is short to medium length with a little poof or a flowly dress will look lovely on your figure. Here some examples that will look good on you. Remember to scroll down to look at the whole outfit.

When should I start my wedding planning?

Andriana

My wedding is set for September of 2013. I know that there is a lot of time in between now and then. When should I start to plan? What should I plan first? I need some tips from experienced brides!

Answer
Plan about 1 year in advance (so about September of 2012). BUT, if you have a venue in mind, and this is a very, very popular booked-up venue, then it wouldn't hurt to check into that in September of this year (2011), but I wouldn't do anything else this soon.

What you can do is to look through bridal magazines, websites, etc. and cut out pictures and start a "planning book" with ideas on colors, flowers, invitations, cake ideas, dress ideas, bridesmaid's dress ideas, etc., etc. Cut them out and start a book of ideas. You may find as the time draws closer that you likes/dislikes change.

The first....VERY, VERY first thing to do before you start looking at dresses, venues, etc. is to establish a budget. Everything that you do, buy, plan, will revolve around how much money you have to spend.

Good luck and congratulations!

What is the best sort of dress to wear to a wedding in the Caribbean?

Q. My cousin is getting married in this coming spring 2013 in Dominican Republic. I need to buy a dress to wear to the wedding. I am 20 years old and short, 5"3. I found this funky colored dress for 12$ that is short but tasteful, as well as it suits my artsy taste in clothes. Are short dresses good for Caribbean weddings?
Also, do woman wear heels to weddings down south? The wedding is on the resort, not the beach.

Answer
I think you'll look great in a summer but elegant summer dress not a cheap one from Target lol.

What dress colors would compliment me best?

babette34

I have really dark brown, pretty much black hair, blue eyes, and extremely fair skin in the winter time, but do get tan in the summer. What dress colors should I look for? Thank you!

Answer
I think you'd look good in silvers, blues, and greys. But you have a really pretty, unusual combination, so you'd probably be able to pull off any color! I just think stay away from red, it might look kinda dark with black hair and pale skin.

i'm a blonde and my boyfriend has red hair so for prom i want to find a color dress that will look good for both of us.
for his prom last year i wore an orange dress and he got an orange tie.. not the smartest decision..haha
so for my prom this year i want to get it right.

what colors will look good on both of us?
thank you!

Answer
A rich medium or dark blue will look super on both of you. A deep green could also work but I would stay away from yellows, orange, red, pink, or lime green.

Lavender and purple could also look super but it would depend on the shade of it. Good luck!! : P

What color to where to a wedding this weekend?

Rylie

I'm a redhead and I am going to a wedding this weekend. I was wondering what color should I wear to a wedding? And should I wear a dress or a skirt? The wedding is indoors.

Answer
Red heads look REALLY good in green! Maybe go for an olive green or a sassy green for your outfit. You can wear a dress or skirt. I personally think either are good for weddings :)
