I really need a costume for halloween! I love the style of victorian bustle dresses but they are soooooo expensive!! D: can someone please help? I want to enjoy a good quality victorian dress but don't want to break the bank!

I saw a few GORGEOUS ones on ebay about a week ago for about $100. Is that too much? They were play costumes so they were high quailty. I found some that are on there now, im not sure if they are what you are looking for but here are some of them :

What type of dress is perfect for my figure?

I am 4'11" maybe 5' tall, age 16. Shirt size S or M. Jeans-3.
I own allot of dresses from over the years, that I still fit four years later. I have a wedding and a prom and another formal event to attend and I am unsure of what type of dress I should be wearing. I have a 36 B size bra. I really like dresses with a poofyish tutu-like skirt and tight strapless top.
So with my sizing can anyone tell me what type of dresses may look best on me?
