Anywhere I can find a wedding gown that isn't strapless?

I'm not a fan of strapless wedding gowns, but that is the only style I can find in stores! Can anyone direct me to a retailer that sells more unique dresses? They need to be affordable. I'm hoping for something around $500, but anything under $1,000 will suffice.

I'm thinking of purchasing my sister's wedding gown as a present. She has been going to David's Bridal just looking around for something that she likes, she is not big on brands or designer clothes and is very simplistic with her wardrobe. Around how much will I be looking at spending?

Maybe give her a $500 gift card for David's if she buys a cheaper dress shell use it for a headpiece, veil, jewelry other things they sell. Or she can choose a more expensive dress thanks to you chipping in and will pay the difference. That's very nice of you!!
