I am getting married in November of 2013 and I wanted to know whats the best colors to go with.

I'd start with a florist. They know whats in season and easily available which makes them a lot less expensive than what has to be brought in special. She can show you some, you can buy a few and take them home to think about. You may love or hate some of the available colors. Chose your favorites and go from there. If you don't like any then your bouquet will have to be something in a "standard" color of roses or such or have to be ordered in. Nows a great time to look since the flowers are already in.
One of my favorite wedding trends is to let each bridesmaid pick her own dress in the color and style you chose, short cocktail, long more formal, long or short sleeves. That way they can get a dress they will be able to wear again and fit their body type best. If you go that route they can get the dress's now while they are in season or buy them when they go on sale!

Also I'm in 8th grade. I like very natural makeup but mostly I like to accentuate my eyes (best feature on my face in my opinion) My skin is usually clear and I have a tan/brown skin tone with yellow undertones. I have brown eyes, bushy-ish eyebrows, and a naturally peachy lip color. What makeup should i use that's school appropriate (don't have a dress code or anything like that) What are some of the winter 2012/2013 beauty trends (if known already) And any products you recommend that give a natural finish? THANK YOU :)

use some eyeliner (black or brown for softer look)- start the line thin in the inner corner and make it gradually get thicker to make your eyes seem bigger, mascara (lengthening is probably more natural than volumizing), you can also try some skin tone eyeshadow or even cream colored ones, black eyeliner on your waterline (to really make your eyes stand out) or white (to make your eyes seem bigger), than y=use some lip gloss and thats it =)
