What length of veil would go best with this wedding gown?

The shop I'm buying it from didn't have a veil to go with it, so I'm going to find my own. I was thinking fingertip or elbow, but not sure which would be best based on the gown's train. Also, anyone have any suggestions for what kind of edge?

I have really long, dark, thick gorgeous hair (when its fixed lol) should I wear it up or down for my wedding?

My ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoors. I want the wedding to be elegant/rustic it will be in Austin in June next year... Updo or down, or half up? My sister says down, I think I would feel more elegant with it up though..

Im wearing the Enzoani Dulcina (2009) collection gown, google it, its strapless.
