I would prefer 1950/1960 style. I am also considering a wedding suit. I am 30 and having a small wedding(12 people including the pastor. I would like to have it similar to what my grandparents had in their home.

Was Madame Baldwina the name of a wedding gown shop in the Bronx area in the 1950's?

I found a map of the bronx area that pinpoints the wedding gown shop.
There's a phone number listed, so you could call the shop and ask if they were around in the 50's
