I'm from Rhode Island. I can only spend about $200-$250 for a wedding gown. I want something nice that fits nice. Any places in RI, MA or CT (besides David's Bridal) that can help me out?

Try New Hampshire. Not only do they have a LOT of bridal stores, but there's no sales tax!
My parents live in Nashua, which is one exit out of MA, not too far from you. Google Nashua Bridal Stores, they have like 10 just on one road.

A little boy and girl from about 2-9 years old, dressed like the real bride and groom in a tux and white gown, sometimes the girl has a little veil. They usually come in after the bridesmaids, before the flower girl and ring bearer, and yes, their role is to look adorable.
