Long sleeves for a wedding gown?

Ok I'm getting married next November and need a dress that has full long sleeves. Everything that does have long sleeves that I've seen is either out dated, 3/4 sleeved, or too renaissance festival looking. It's because I have full sleeved (tattooed) arms, and to save my mom a headache I need to cover it up. Even a shrug will do. I just want something sleek and not see-through and that covers my whole arm. If anyone knows where I can find something, that would be great. I'm having such a hard time with this.... you would think with the internet today you could find anything, but with this I'm stumped. Thanks.
Also, I've tried all the major bridal gown sites with no luck.

You can't just add sleeves to a sleeveless dress, if the dress isn't designed for it. I would suggest finding the strapless/sleeveless dress of your dreams then adding a shrug/jacket/bolero:

You could have it made by a local seamstress.

But if you look carefully at the top of the dress, it looks like a strapless dress where lace has been added to the bodice and arms. You could find a seamstress who can do that with most any dress.
