What's the best prom dress color and style for me?

I'm turning 15, 5"2, with pale white skin (i'm the whitest in our year), black-brown eyes and brown hair. What's the best prom dress color and style for me? :D Btw, we're required to wear dresses on or below the knee only. :(
By the way, i'm petite and kinda skinny. My waist is 24 but i have no idea about the other stuff but i'm properly proportioned and i have long legs :)
