I'm looking for a vneck or halter wedding dress to wear for my beach wedding. Please give me some suggestions.
I'm looking for a dress that has a sweep train. I wear a size 4- 6 in dresses.

If money is tight, I suggest you look at the wedding gowns in secondhand thrift stores. My sister got a $4,000 dress for $60.00. The money she saved on that one purchase paid for her veil, her shoes, her stockings, her alterations, and the dress drycleaning.
If it's a beach wedding, why don't you just go with a white bathing suit and lace wrap-around skirt over it? That way when the ceremony is over, you could peel off the skirt and "take the plunge" LITERALLY !!! ;-)

Ok so my boyfriend proposed... so i guess he is now fiace :p and thats awesome im so happy and im so in love! and i can wait to get married... Im a "princess" as he would put it and i have always wanted to have a beautiful wedding and great dress and surrounded by my friends and family! but the thing is that the list is between 150-200 people and the price is just rising and my dad who is helping pay for well most of the wedding is saying that we need to cut the list or have a backyard wedding.... we opted for a destination but we have decided thats not for us!
if we choose to do a backyard wedding then im worried it wont be nice! :( any ideas on backyard weddings would be great! or even anywhere that you think wont be to dear! :(

I was in the same situation, tight budget, but i had high expectations. Take a look at what I did everything by hand, for a 60 person wedding in my backyard. Hence you must love planning, have patience and enjoy the whole process but you can pull it off it you have help from family and friends.

First of all pick a budget and stick with it. Small budget does not mean cheap. My budget was about $5300, that included the dress, invitations, all food and alchohal, and believe me we had way too much of everything I go overboard because i worked in hospitality, i had fireworks a harp player, tents and everything was perfect including the weather..thanks Universe ;}
My dress was custom made from a design brand Allure 8800 I fell in love with, I went to DHgate.com and had a factory custom make it for me, it fit like a glove, was high quality, and didn't need altering, just put it on, custom made plus delivery and customs $180 bucks.
Alchohal, for a great selection you can buy everything from the case, imports ect. they deliver all across usa for a reasonable price like i had 6 cases of champagne, about 10 cases of different wines, some different single wine selctions, vodka ect all alchohal cost me about 800 bucks. www.Astorwines.com
I went to http://www.smartyhadaparty.com/Category---Dishes---Buffet-c328.aspx, and to online wholesale wedding stores to order supplies, plastic wine glasses ect. you dont need heavy duty glass outside, only for the table sit down dinner.
I found cheap entertainment locally, a harp player for 100 bucks for the hour. we had ceremony and wedding at my house. I got flowers locally and made all my own boquet which meant more. My theme was mid night summers dream, since outside i did classy whimsical, as much bling as I could glue to stuff, yet tastefully done, I got 4 outdoor speakers that hooked up to computer or ipod and were plenty loud enough.
As for food I did a buffet, had everything pretty much prepared day of, and hired some help for when we were in wedding ect. I had over 30 types of gourment appitizers I prepared the day of, from sushi trays, to cheese trays, mini sliders, shimp cocktail, civiche, procuttio wrapped melon with truffle, ect.
Needless to say it was a very gourment intimate wedding, everyone had a blast, and all I spent was 5300 bucks total for everything. A day later I was worried if everyone had fun, liked it ect. 6 months later, everyone has forgotten about it, except for me and my husband and we still got money in the bank for an exotic vow renewal in a few years.
good luck, dont spend tons of money if you dont have to, but i do suggest getting white tents, we had 3 and it spruced the farm up a bit. and it was super hot so it was good for sun and rain.
