Q. My boyfriend and I are planning on having a Spring wedding, and I really do not know what to have for the colors for the wedding. I know that I want something elegant and beautiful but I really dont know what to use for colors. My boyfriends favorite color is black and even though I dont want that to be a color in the wedding I want to tie it in, in little ways if I can with the other colors I choose. I need suggestions on color schemes. Thank you.

With it being a spring wedding, the bridesmaids could have tea length dresses in possibly white or cream with a black sash around the waist. A light pink would also be nice with some black piping around the bodice and bottom edge of the dress.

It says that it comes in Lightgold with a cognac sash, but but what does that look like as in what the heck is cognac lol!
Also if you see a dress with a brownish sash along the same style that would be great too.
