wedding dress designers that use color image

So I have seen on Ebay that you can buy a copy of a designer wedding dress that is made according to your measurements in Shanghai, China. The dresses look phenomenal and are much much cheaper than if you were to buy the original. Has anyone ever bought a custom made from China before? And if so, what did you think of it? There are no returns on these dresses so it would suck to waste $300 if I didn't like it or it ended up not fitting.

I bought from gianinarbridal on eBay and had a good experience.
Their quality was better than a very popular chain here in the US that had a dress I liked.
The US Chain had a white dress with colored lace that you could tell was cut out and sewn onto the dress. MY dress - from a seller in China - was embroidered right onto the dress. And it was one where I supplied my measurements and they custom make the dress for me :) It fit PERFECTLY.
Also, they offered a return policy less 50% of the shipping costs.
My gown is not a copy of a designer gown, it is a gown on its own and the seller posted pictures of their gown on the site and my dress came in and looked exactly the same.
Here are pics from the ad and the actual dress when it came in - - there is no difference, except wrinkles from shipping (and color variance from the real dress is due to my camera flash):

My advice, if you are contemplating ordering from anyone online:
~ Order early so if something is wrong it can be resolved with the seller OR you can run to a local salon and buy a different dress
~ Make sure your measurements are taken properly, even if that means paying a seamstress a few bucks to do it. AND if you aren't an even measurement, round up. If your waist is 28.5, make it 29.
~ Do not plan on losing inches before the wedding and order the dress too small! Order in your current measurements - a dress can be taken in if necessary, but often cannot be let out if you don't acheive a lofty weight/inches loss that you hope for.
~ Try to choose a gown that has a corset back as opposed to a zipper - its easier to tighten a corset-back should you lose weight before the wedding than having to take the dress in.
~ Be sure you are absolutely clear of the timeline offered and any return policy (or lack of) that the seller has.
~ If you order the custom made dress, take them up on any extras they offer. Buy the crinoline, jacket, purse, whatever. Also have them do the bustle. I didn't get my crinoline or do the bustle and I'm having a hard time finding someone that won't charge an arm & leg for the bustle.
