Can you invite sims to a big wedding and pick out a wedding gown for the big day? Can they have a reception?

you cant pick out the outfit, but i think you can invite people. you have to buy the wedding arc to get married.

Does anyone know how to change the default wedding gown on The Sims 2?

I have no EPs and am tired of looking at the same wedding dress. I want to be able to pick a dress so my Sims can have a fairytale wedding, not a generic one.

I have all the EP's but.. I THINK.. I think that they only change into the wedding attire if you click get married with the wedding arch. If you click on the other Sim and use the Propose/Get Married function they change into whatever formal attire you have them set to.

I THINK.. like I said, it's been awhile since I only had the base game.
