I have a wedding gown. I tried to sell my wedding gown on ebay.. It didn't work. well, I live in Long island NY. I want to know if there is store buying wedding gown. Do you know?

i bought mine from a formal ware consignment shop.
look in the yellow pages for a listing for your area
you can also try craigslist. i have seen oodles of dresses listed for my local area.
most sell quickly.
you can give it to goodwill and get a tax write off for next year as well.

Where to get married in North Jersey on a budget?

Anyone know of a cheap place to have a reception and ceremony in north jersey? We have a budget of about 15000 to 20000. 20K is the limit tho! I want something nice and affordable. We live in NYC so north jersey is about as far out as we can go!
Even if you know of places in Long Island, NYC or CT that are within the price range of about 70-100 per person.. please please let me know

you have a pretty good budget for finding venues in new york, so you shouldn't have too much trouble.
for something different, try the royal princess which offers harbor cruise weddings. the package price is 16,000 for up to 100 guests plus 500 for the officiant to perform the ceremony. there are also docking fees of about 500 dollars depending upon where you depart from. if you add in a dj, theirs is 1000 and the gratuity is about $10pp. so for about 19,000 you can have a first class (real linen, china, silver and crystal service) wedding and reception on a fun venue. http://www.nyboat.com/gallery/weddings/wedding-package/
if you are interested in a historical site, the morris jumel mansion rents its facilities for 350 dollars per hour (min 2000) to members who have a membership of 250 dollars. it is a lovely old mansion with pretty grounds. you can rent the whole place for a wedding and reception lasting say 6 hours for 2100 plus the 250 membership fee, which would leave you plenty of money for a good catering service for the food and drink. even if you spent as much as 150 per person on your catering (which is alot) you would still come out ahead. http://morrisjumel.org/information/index.php?sec=info&sub=site
