Aqua blue prom dress- what color eye shadow?

My prom dress is aqua blue. What kind of eye make up should I do?

I don't want to wear blue eye shadow with blue liner...that'd be geeky to match my eye makeup to my dress!
And should I do dark make-up? Maybe a smoky eye? (Not sure how to do that!)
...or a blue-purple mix I can do to make my eyes pop? Help!

I'll for sure start with a natural colored foundation. I'll wear mascara to make my lashes pop. And black eye liner underneath the eye. What color eye shadow? And I'll top off with tan bronzer and blend it to make me shimmer and look tan! Haha.

Personally i think the gold & maroon would look fantastic with an aqua dress, you could also replace the maroon with a navy blue eyeshadow to keep it in the same colour family

i have blonde hair, blue eyes and olive/tan skin. what colors would look best on me? because im going homecoming dress shopping and im not sure what color to get.thankyouu =)

If you want to be noticed, then go with a red dress. It goes good with the blonde and blue eyes. Blue also would work, anything from aqua to a dark blue. A black dress with accents of white or red would look cute too. Hope you find the perfect dress!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
