dress color for vow renewal image

We are having a vow-renewal ceremony (wedding), and I am wondering who usually buys the bridal maids/maid-of-honor dresses? Also mother of the bride/groom's dresses? Thanks.

Traditionally, the bride/bride's family picks up the costs of those in the bridal party and this includes the dresses. However, as more couples have started to pay for their own weddings, they have put the cost of being in the wedding back on those participating which means the bridesmaids pay for their own. The mother of the bride and the mother of the groom may choose whatever they wish to wear (although they usually ensure it coordinates with the wedding colors) and are responsible for paying for their own outfits. Congratulations.

What colors should I use for an early October vow renewal ceremony in Florida?

It's still warm/humid in the early part of October there. Any ideas about colors? I like these combos so far:
Coral, browns, pinks (lillys?)
or
Navy blue, light pink, roses?
what color dress should I wear? I don't want to wear white again or cream colors, something brighter and more fun instead.

My opinion too you might suck .. Cuz everyone says i have no taste but .... I think
Flowers
A light Yellow , dark Pink , and a medium Orange . Those would look so pretty togather ( well to me they would )
And
The Dress
Just wear something Fun . Something u would normally wear . But something Elegant and Lovely All at the samee time .. I think i would go with a Bright Orange Flowing Dress ..
