What color eyeshadow looks good with this?

I have a brown and cream polka dot dress, it's a satiny material, and I have a darker skin tone. (Asian) So what color eyeshadow would look good with this dress on me??? Thanks!

I am guessing you have a yellow (instead of blue) undertone to your skin by your ethnicity .. I would go with pink... with a yellow base coat... I love brown and pink together it reminds me of a sweet piece of cake or dessert!

What should my prom makeup be?

I have dark brown hair and green eyes with a slightly yellow skin tone almost olive, I'm wearing a purple dress to prom and need ideas for makeup. I have small eyes but a prominent nose so would like my eyes to stand out, also my skin has suddenly flared up, meaning I'm a bit conscious of foundation as have never been very good with makeup, does anyone have any tips or tricks for me and colour suggestions, please need help desperately!

My eyes are also green. If yours are a darker green, I suggest lighter eye shadow, and dark mascara and no eyeliner. If you have lighter green eyes use heavy mascara, to make thick, dark eyelashes. A nice purple eyeshadow to match your dress and thin eyeliner around yous eyes. And your your cheeks, I'd do a light pink blush.
