What color can I use if I'm using a simple black dress(no shinnies) v-neck, no arms, with a turquoise/aqua shawl, bronze predictions kapri flower sandals(the ones that have a turquoise flower), and silver colored jewelry?(with blue details)(to a sweet sixteen party). I'll probably buy a "shaki" enamel...
BTW, I HATE french nails...

I have a little black dress and I was thinking about wearing red shoes, but I don't know what color eye shadow to wear. I wanted to wear a black and silver smokey eye since my jewelry is silver, but I didn't know if that would be too dramatic. Does anyone have any other ideas?

I was thinking blacks, grays, and silvers too. It is dramatic looking, but you could always blend a lot. You could also do a copper smokey eye. Another one is a gold smokey eye. I would wear very little blush and a light pink lipstick or gloss since you will have a smokey eye.
