What do you think about my high school dress code?

Ok so our dress code is a long sleeve dress shirt tucked into khaki pants with a brown or black dress belt and brown or black dress shoes. We have to wear this with a tie that is snug to the color and extends to the top of the belt buckle. Our sleeves are to be buttoned and the wrist and our collar is to remain fastened at all times and our ties are never to be loosened. From November to the end of march we have to wear this with a sport coat as well.

My school has a similar uniform. It is this: It looks good not really like a uniform, but it gets annoying
Guys:

A-Day: White dress shirt, black suit pants, black dress shoes, long black socks, matching suit jacket, blue & black striped tie

B-Day: Blue Dress shirt, black pinstriped suit pants, matching suit jacket, long black socks, black dress shoes, blue & white striped tie.

C-Day: Choice of combination of any a or b day, may wear suit vest or sweater instead of suit jacket

Guidelines:
Shirt always tucked in
all buttons done on shirt
tie always done up
jacket must be buttoned (all 3) during classes

Overall mine isn't ugly and more formal attire like but still gets annoying
Don't know what 1 you would rather have

At work we were recently told that now we have to follow a dress code. Navy shirts and khaki pants. Now I'm having a hard time finding shoes. What color shoes look best with khaki pants??
