how to make professional transparent images?

i'm not getting married but i have one dream dress in mind id is satin or silk heart shaped sleeveless top and its not mermaid it has kind of almost cheese cloth material i don't know how to describe it here is a link of the material i like (the skirt is the material i like in this)

the skirt i'm imagining is almost exactly that but not ruffled.

It is an A-line to "princess" silhouette. If you got it custom made, just show them the picture and say exactly what you said here: no ruffles on the skirt. Good luck!
