I have really fair skin and I'm going prom dress shopping
i was wondering if there is any color that would look the best
on me...


A lot of people tell me red but i wore that last year so red is out of the question??

Colors that look best with your skin tone are medium colors like rose, peach, medium purple, turquoise, fuchsia, or tangerine. I would avoid colors that are too dark or too light like navy, dark green or purple, black, white, or pastel shades because the darker ones look blah and the lighter ones are too much contrast.

btw, you might want to get different glasses that don't sit so low on your face. Right now, your eyes are kind of hidden by the top part of the glasses. If you pluck your eyebrows a little to clean up the lines and get different eyeglass frames, then it would show off your beautiful eyes a lot more.
