Tip #1 - Choose a Dress that Fits the Formality of the Wedding - First of all you need to consider the formality of your wedding ceremony. Is it going to be very formal or is it a more informal affair? The formality of the wedding will have a great deal of impact on the dresses that you choose for your bridesmaids. Consider the time of year that your wedding is in also. If it is warmer, you may want to go for dresses that are sleeveless or strapless. If it is cool you may want to choose bridesmaids dresses that will be a bit warmer.
Tip #2 - Decide on Colors - Next, you will need to decide on the colors for your bridesmaid dresses. Do you have specific colors for your wedding, or are you having a variety of colors? You will also want to consider whether you want the maid of honor to wear a dress that is a different shade or style. If you are having a themed wedding, you may want to choose colors that go along with that theme.
Tip #3 - Find a Style that Flatters Everyone - One of the biggest challenges when picking out bridesmaids dresses can be to find a style of dress that will flatter everyone in your wedding party. More than likely you have bridesmaids in a variety of different sizes and shapes. Some may be tall, while others may be shorter. Try to find a pattern and style that will look good on everyone so they all feel beautiful at the wedding ceremony and reception.
Tip #4 - Compare Prices - Lastly, you will want to take the time to compare prices once you know what you want in a bridesmaid dress. You may be able to find the exact dress online for a much better deal than you will find in a bridal store. Remember, your bridesmaids will be paying for their dresses, so try to find something that everyone will be able to easily afford.
Finally, today there are a variety of different choices in bridesmaids dresses. No doubt you will be able to find dresses that will fit your wedding needs. A variety of colors and styles are available, so no matter what your needs are, you should be able to find dresses that will look beautiful on your bridesmaids.

I like teh second dress better, hands down. The top is more elegant and I like the cut of it - it looks slimming (Which I ALWAYS LOVE!!! =) and graceful. The first dress looks like a sun dress...pretty, but I think it looks too informal for a wedding...but, I don't know what you're going for. My absolute favorite is the one that Monica posted from Alohaz...I don't know if you wanted an all-white dress, but I think that one is absolutely stunning...you'll be a showstopper in it!! So, my suggestion would be the white one...but you are married to your two, then I would go for dress number 2...especially because you have really pronounced collar bones (whtaever that means) and a strapless would look fab.
