I need help finding a plus sized wedding dress that I dont need to wait 12 weeks for?

I'm getting married in a couple months and have not had any luck finding a plus sized dress... anything in white or ivory is worth looking at... I like casual and formal ones too. I have looked on ebay and no luck with anything within my budget and that I like. I want to spend less than $200 but can spend up to $500.

Bra size double H. Where can I find a dress for a friends wedding? Are there any stores you can recommend in NY?
forgot to mention size 10 on the bottom but top is around a 14-16 depending.
