Your lip color really depends on the look that YOU want and also on the texture, that is, the way it feels on your lips. Also consider what and how much you will be eating, drinking, and kissing. As for the color, I suggest red. I often wear Certainly Red by Revlon. Be sure to line your lips first, then apply lipstick. Yes, but it will dress it down a bit. if you wear it with heels it will make it more suitable for evening or party attire, flats will make it more casual- casual party, informal dinner date, etc.
i suggest simple black flats, or any plainly decorated colored flat. if you have a silver tone flat it would be cute also. Target has some cute silver and black zebra flats that might work, it was the first thing i thought of when i saw the picture!
